A need exists for counsel covering an increasing number of demands. Duties include:
File and Litigate State and Federal cases overcoming denial of justice and ad Litem representation, which minors and Native Americans face.
Develop services, sell this entity so may help society function and manage agency client base.
Be a team player who pushes for organizational and community-based engagements and trainings that enhance greater good of local, state and national well being.
Be part of DPC's School of Continuing Education offering CMEs, CEUs, MCLEs and training Judges
To pay bills take on published or non-published contract management. I.e., NAICS 541199 Other Legal Services
Coach volunteers in development of resources as needed to enhance Dialoguemakers' NGO initiatives in US-based and foreign settings.
Resource development and fund raising that turns this entity into a sought after and highly followed source for community strengthening, using a healthiest strategy, get rekindled and staying on target.
Fulfill Guardian ad Litems roles behalf traumatized children, especially those of incarcerated parents, and to aid in preventing de facto family splittings
Prepare and file demands for compliance and accountability with professional ethics.
Prepare and file Amicus Curiae and other special briefs aiding disfranchised claimants
Prepare/litigate intervenor motions and deal with travesties of legal and social justice
Promote social networking related to this entity's goals and objectives upheld for 38 years.
